Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It...

Dear Friend of Cocoon/Art On A Mission,
I hope this finds you well in body, soul and spirit.
We have completed our first year and are gearing up for a new season, with after school studio sessions each week on Tuesdays (3:30 - 6pm) starting Sept 20th, 2016, for youth grade 6 through young adult. We're also pleased to have the adult (18plus) community art group 'Next Door' that runs on Monday nights (6-7:30pm) in our studio.
We have a great team of volunteers and welcome anyone who would like to serve their community as an art mentor and just be a friend*.
We believe people will continue to catch the vision for this for our community and partner with us, so we can continue to provide this for free to the ones who need it the most.
We are currently working on raising funds to replenish some of the art supplies and cover anticipated expenses and have launched a ‘GoFundMe’ online campaign (we can issue tax receipts for donations $40 and up through the Charitable status provided us by the John Howard Society of Belleville and Business/Group donors will get a thankful shout-out to our Facebook/web fan base as well). I can also arrange to pick up business/group donations within the Quinte/Hastings Region, if preferred.
Thank you again for how you’ve helped this unique expression of love to our community grow, your support has been a tremendous blessing!
Please have a browse on our Facebook page to see what we’ve been up to, and I’ll include a link to our GoFundMe Campaign below as well.
Thank you so much,
Have a lovely day!
Sincerely,
Magdalena
